Care Plans
Why Monthly Plans?
Monthly care plans allow support to evolve as needs change—without rushing, pressure, or starting over.
Add care as needed: If your needs grow—more visits, longer sessions, or additional support—you can easily adjust your plan.
Cancel anytime: You are never locked in. Monthly care plans can be paused or ended at any time.
Flexible support: Care can shift between virtual and in-person visits depending on your situation, comfort, and location.
Personalized rhythm: You decide the pace. We check in, support, and adjust together.
A Sliding Scale
If finances are a barrier, I offer a sliding scale and am open to energetic exchange (creative, practical, or professional offerings) & crowd funding. Please reach out — we can find a way.
